This service has flexible options for our sessions, ensuring you can benefit from my expertise either online via Zoom or in-person at my studio.

Tailored Online Pilates Sessions

For our online private mat Pilates sessions, I tailor the workout according to your available space and props. Whether you have a spacious room or a compact area, and whether or not you use props, I’ll customise the session to suit your preferences. Props are optional, and many clients prefer to gradually build their collection over time.

Goals and Progress Tracking

During our sessions, my goal is to help you achieve noticeable improvements in strength, core stability, and coordination. Tracking your progress, I provide constant encouragement to keep you inspired and determined throughout your fitness journey. These sessions are ideal for developing and refining your home exercise routine, preparing for group mat classes, or staying active while traveling.

​If you give less than 24 hr’s notice, either your card on file will be charged the full price of the session you booked or a session will be deducted from your package.

This policy is in place to protect the business, we appreciate your understanding.
