Description
Welcome to Stretch Therapy Services
Welcome to my Stretch Therapy services, where I offer two convenient locations for your sessions—online via Zoom or in-person at my studio. This flexibility allows you to choose the setting that suits your preferences and comfort.
Tailored Online Sessions
For online sessions via Zoom, I tailor your workout based on the space and props you have available. Let me know your setup, and we’ll create a customised session that aligns with your unique needs. Props are optional, and many clients prefer to gradually build their collection over time.
In-Person Sessions at the Studio
At my studio, you can experience the benefits of Stretch Therapy in person. Whether online or in-person, my approach incorporates myofascial release and neuromyofascial therapy techniques, targeting specific areas to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.
Holistic and Personalised Approach
My goal is to provide a holistic and personalised experience, addressing chronic tension and promoting better mobility. The combination of myofascial release and neuromyofascial therapy ensures a comprehensive approach to stretch therapy, targeting both the physical and neurological aspects of movement.
Join Me for a Transformative Session
Join me, either online or in-person, for a transformative Stretch Therapy session designed to meet your unique requirements. Experience the benefits of this specialised approach, and let’s work together to enhance your flexibility, release tension, and promote a more relaxed and mobile you. Whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to support your journey to improved well-being.

My daughter, Gabrielle, is 15 years old and a dancer at Metro Arts Institute charter high school in Phoenix. She dances at an intermediate advanced level taking class daily. Pippa stretches Gabby on a regular basis and has enabled her to understand and work with her body as she continues to grow as a dancer. Pippa’s stretching has done wonders for Gabby’s flexibility. Not to mention how it helps the muscle and joint soreness that being a dancer brings. We’ve known Pippa about 10 years. I met Pippa through mutual dancer friends of ours. My oldest daughter Kaylee and I have taken Pilates from Pippa. She helped Kaylee tremendously to strengthen and use her core and back. Kaylee had surgery 14 years ago to correct scoliosis. She had her entire thoracic spine fused and 2 rods inserted. She is 25 years old and hasn’t had any issues with her back. She is diligent with staying fit which includes doing the exercises Pippa has taught her over the years. I am convinced it is the reason she is flexible, strong and pain free. I have taken Pilates from various instructors for the past 30 years. As a dancer, teacher and performer from the 1970’s to 2000 I have been blessed to learn from a multitude of individuals many stretch and Pilates techniques. Dancers have used Joseph Pilates’ theories and practices long before it became popular as a workout. Pippa is the best Pilates instructor I have ever taken from. She is very well trained and has an excellent anatomical understanding. She also has the passion for her work which enables her to work with people on an individual basis, creating programs that are fine tuned just for them. I still teach and recommend my students regularly to Pippa. She is excellent as what she does.
