Welcome to my Online Yoga Classes, a unique blend of Classical Yoga infused with the essence of my personal journey through Shiva Shakti sadhana. Join me in a practice that goes beyond the physical, focusing on developing awareness and achieving a greater state of equilibrium (samatha) and inner Peace (Shanti).
Throughout the classes, we engage in various levels of asanas designed to release inner tension while honing the flow and control of Prana on a subtle level. Encouraging students to keep their eyes closed fosters a more profound and subtle practice, allowing a deeper connection with oneself.
The sessions unfold with the teaching of diverse Pranayama techniques over the weeks, restoring energy and fostering mental calmness. Each class culminates in a rejuvenating relaxation in Savasana or a brief meditation. Regular practice serves as a pathway for yoga to seamlessly integrate into all aspects of life (sadhana), enhancing intuition and awareness of our true nature.
These classes are suitable for individuals with a normal range of flexibility. If you’re pregnant or have specific medical conditions, kindly inform me beforehand for personalized adjustments.
