Description
Welcome to my transformative Yoga Therapy and Embodied Movement sessions, where I guide you on a journey to connect with your body and breath. As we embark on this exploration, I observe your stance and breath pattern, providing valuable insights into your well-being. The way we move and breathe has a profound impact on our emotions, thoughts, and overall health. Together, we focus on your posture, identifying areas of tension that may restrict natural movement and breathing patterns.
I encourage you to become aware of your breath and posture, empowering you to self-correct with my hands-on guidance. Through natural and free breathing, we cultivate coherence in mind, body, and spirit, fostering a deep sense of vitality and self-connection. As the session concludes, I guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing the integration of the work done and providing a healing space.
Notably, these sessions are recorded, enabling you to revisit and immerse yourself in the practice at your own pace. Dive into the transformative power of Yoga Therapy and Embodied Movement, unlocking a path to holistic well-being. Join me on this journey of self-discovery, where breath and movement become tools for cultivating a profound connection with yourself.

I started seeing Pippa because of chronic back pain, but what I learned from our one-to-one sessions was nothing short of life changing. Pippa’s knowledge, calm and loving presence helped me work through a deep-rooted mind-body disconnect and helped me heal. I learned how to listen to my body, recognise and better manage my anxiety, while learning acceptance, self-love … and how to breathe! Her group yoga classes are also great, and I really appreciate that she offers many of them remotely (I live on the other end of London). I’d recommend Pippa to anyone and everyone! I started having private sessions with Pippa to deal with pain in my shoulder. My shoulder pain slowly went but I decided to continue regular sessions because of the added benefits to my general health and well-being. Pippa has an innate understanding and respect for the body. I trust her work implicitly. Her emphasis on wholeness, her great attentiveness to detail and the depth at which we work all combine to create a relaxed and enjoyable climate for healing to occur. The sessions leave me refreshed and more ’embodied’. I would not hesitate to recommend Pippa as an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher. Regine Lallah Retired psychotherapist.

I see Pippa on zoom and I have benefitted enormously during the time I have been with her. My condition is quite complex as I have severe scoliosis and experience pain. Pippa learns about your body initially & builds on that knowledge. As her instruction continues, Pippa is very personable & professional. She makes you feel the most important person at that moment and after about 6 months of working with her my osteopath said my back was transformed. Whilst I still have pain and scoliosis, I am now beginning to stand more upright and hopeful that I can continue to improve. Julia Van Der Vord. Retired
