Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a fair and balanced approach for both clients and the hypnotherapist, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice Period: Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to potentially fill the vacant slot and gives you the flexibility to adjust your schedule.

  2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made within the designated 24-hour notice period, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows, a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged to your preferred payment method.

  3. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you find yourself in a genuine emergency or unexpected situation that prevents you from attending the session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations with compassion and understanding, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion

  4. Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour notice period without incurring any fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

  5. Refunds: If you have prepaid for a session and need to cancel, refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours before the session, minus any administrative or processing fees.
  6. Communication: This cancellation policy will be communicated to you during the initial consultation (Strategy Session) and will also be included in your booking confirmation email. 
  7. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify the cancellation policy with reasonable notice. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients via email or through our website.
  8. Exceptions: In the rare event that the hypnotherapist needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide an alternative appointment time or offer a full refund.
