Description

This body-focused treatment will bring relief from a whole host of problems, all the way from the most common to the most obscure!

This treatment option utilises a unique blend of myofascial techniques, acupressure, stretching, soft tissue work, pulsing, and trigger point therapy to provide both immediate and long-lasting relief from the most sore spots on your body.

My style of treatment draws from the Jing Method, blending bodywork techniques from across both East and West in order to provide you with the most effective complementary health support possible.

Clinical Sports Massage is a partnership between you as client and myself as your practitioner, working collaboratively with your expertise in your own body and experiences, and my expertise in anatomy and technique to create a succinct and efficacious treatment plan. This plan is optimised to increase your mobility, agility, and joint range of motion, while simultaneously decreasing your daily pain and restriction.
