60-Minute Online Session

Description

In a session we will begin by looking at what’s been going on for you either recently or historically (often both!) and I will help you to get to the root of what’s really going on for you, and to gain an understanding of what the bigger picture for your life is, or where you’re being encouraged to let go of something, or to step into empowerment, for example. We will also spend some time focussing on what fresh energy you would like to welcome in, to set some intentions for where the session will lead. Intention is very powerful and a key element in my work.

Using many different techniques from traditional therapy to energy psychology, hypnotherapy and energy medicine, I will be intuitively led in every session as to what you need. Each session will contain a unique blend of my skills and methods, a bespoke package to suit your specific needs and requirements. Bringing these techniques into our sessions and then your life, you will find that you can finally release old emotional blocks and heavy feelings, breathe easier, and feel lighter and more peaceful inside. Your overall energetic ‘bandwidth’ increases, your confidence in yourself goes up too, choices become much clearer, and far more synchronicities start to appear in your life. You start to realise that you are now experiencing much more of what you DO want, rather than the reverse.
