I am a fully accredited and insured practitioner of Raynor Naturopathic Massage - A versatile, holistic, deep tissue and therapeutic massage technique that finds and removes tension from all parts of the body. I work from my home in Lower Sydenham, Lewisham, South East London. I am also accredited in Japanese Acupressure Chair Massage Techniques, which I provide mobile to organisations and events to promote greater wellbeing, relaxation and stress relief. I also provide online self-massage workshops for organisations and events, based on the Raynor and Acupressure techniques I am trained in.
